What do you mean by "Wellness for All"?

How do you ensure your products are eco-friendly?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, and we ship products freely to Australia, Austria, Germany, New Zealand, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

How can I track my order?

Orders are processed within 4-6 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to you which can be used for tracking your order.

Can I have an allergic reaction to one of your products?

While essential oils are natural, they are also potent, and it's possible for some individuals to have an allergic reaction. This is particularly true if you have sensitive skin or if you have known allergies to specific plants from which the oils are derived.

It's always recommended to do a patch test before using a new product. Apply a small amount of the product on your inner arm and wait for 24 hours to see if there is any adverse reaction such as redness, a rash, itching or swelling. If you observe any of these signs, discontinue use immediately.

In addition, essential oils should always be diluted before use. Undiluted oils are very potent and may cause skin irritation or reactions. Follow the usage instructions provided with each product.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Our refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Are your products safe to use if I am pregnant, breastfeeding or have a chronic health condition?

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a chronic health condition, it is important to consult with a healthcare provider before using any new products, including essential oils. Some oils may not be suitable in these conditions.
